Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply (100% for less then 72 hours, 50% for less then 7 days and 100% for no-shows). The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your service provider and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. Lather and Rinse Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Lather and Rinse Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service. If you choose to seek advice or have your service redone elsewhere you forfeit the policy set forth here at Lather and Rinse Salon.
All Sales of hair accessories and extensions (iTip bundles, clip ons, cylinders, etc.) are final and non-refundable. No returns and no exchanges.
